Dr. Howard Maibach is a Professor of Dermatology at the University of San Francisco, CA and a world renowned scientist. He is a pioneer in topical delivery of drugs and dermatolgical disorders. He serves the role mentor and advisor to all the IDBR Board members related to scientific matters and future directions. Dr.Maibach has published over two thousand publications and edited over two hundred and fifty books on skin related topics.
